"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Ich bin schon viel gereist, aber ein so tolles Hotel in einer so fantastischen Lage kenne ich kein zweites. Sideman ist ein ruhiges Bergdorf mit einigen sehr guten Warungs. Das besondere ist jedoch die entspannte und ruhige Lage inmitten von Reisfeldern und mit Blick auf den Mount Agung. Der Service, die Ausstattung der Zimmer wie auch das Essen sind top. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert. Ich komme wieder."

"Amazing stay! Stepping out onto the balcony to see zebras, wilderbeast, a rhino, a giraffe and elephants is such a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast is in the lions den! We booked the Night Safari and highly recommend this, we were in a cage, travelling through the safari park feeding animals in the dark. Book a Twiga room for 1st floor rooms with animal view, some of these have connecting rooms whereas the family suites seem to overlook the pool area. "

"가격대비 정말 좋은 곳인거 같다. 프론트 직원들 대우도 좋았고... 음식도 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 화장실에 나오는 물은 폭포같다. 샤워기가 없고 돌..? 에서 나오는 진짜 폭포처럼 물이 나와 너무 재밌는 경험이었다. 주변에 예쁜 폭포가 많아서 좋다. 근데 식당이 딱히 없어서 숙소 안에서 해결해야 함. 한 가지 아쉬운건 수영장 수질이 좋지 못하다 오래 청소를 안한거럼 뿌옇다... 그래도 깊어서 좋았고 수영하고 나서도 피부에 아무런 문제가 없었음"
