"The room has the perfect view of the animals, and you get to feed them with the food provided by the hotel. Imagine swimming next to Rhinos! The safari itself was a jewel, did not have enough time to explore the whole resort but I was able to see the elephant and tiger show, and I also did the night feeding, definitely a tremendous experience. "We stayed for two nights at Quenzo Hotel Padangbai and had such a beautiful experience. It was a romantic trip, and I organised a surprise romantic package for my partner on arrival — the setup was absolutely amazing and made the moment really special. What impressed me even more was that I organised everything from abroad via WhatsApp, and the team catered to all my requests and helped bring everything together perfectly. They were so accommodating and made it incredibly easy to arrange something special for my partner. The service was honestly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and they made us feel genuinely looked after. One of the highlights was a day trip with Darma, who treated us like family. He took us to the Gates of Heaven, a honeybee farm where we tried kopi luwak (the famous “poo coffee”), and an incredible lookout. It was such a memorable day and made the trip even more special. We stayed in a villa which was spectacular — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The food was delicious, and we loved relaxing by the pool bar as well. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I spent two nights at the incredible Samanvaya Resort. Unfortunately this was at the end of our time in Bali, or we likely would have changed plans so we could stay longer. Everything was perfect, from the incredible restaurants to the views. Waking up in our own little villa overlooking the rice terraces was a special experience every morning. The staff deserve an 11/10, going the extra distance to help out at any opportunity. Highly highly recommended!"

"This was the best place in Bali we could have chosen! Not only were the host extremely welcoming and accommodating, but the place was beautifully clean. The scenery was amazing. The food was great and they helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. It was the best experience. Could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend this place. It is private and the view is amazing. We loved the family who hosts they are so welcoming and friendly and patient. They will accommodate you with all of your needs and help you during your entire trip to get where you need to go at a very reasonable cost. Their drivers are amazing and so nice. "Gear up, this is a long one. Main points: -THERE IS NO BEACH!! ITS A ROCKY SHORE THAT NOONE CAN ACCSESS. - THE POOL WAS UNAVAILABLE TILL CHECKOUT OF MORNING - SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT IS MORE THAN A BOLT EVEN THOUGH WE WERE INFORMED IT WASNT BY STAFF, PRIOR TO ACCEPTING A TRANSFER. My friend and I were looking for a place to stay, quieter, not as touristy, with a beach/ pool view/acsess. We settled on Wyndham. Upon first walking and lobby area, the place was a dream, that was until the morning after we discovered how bad the property was. (We arrived at night). In the morning we could see just how bad the room was: dirt and grime build up around the outdoor pool area. (We didn’t know our room came with a small glass cube “pool” access that overlooked the main pool below, as we had booked a beach/ ocean view room. The room was nice, slightly dusty, but we were willing to overlook that. In our last day, a piece of the doorframe broke off as we were opening the door. Overall there weren’t many guests. It was quiet, and the only noise came from the chicken fight a building over. There had just been a storm which is why the pool or nearby elevator was not in service (we discovered a working elevator on our own on the last day as well, do u see the pattern here???) so the property has 2 elevators. The kiddie pool was in service the duration of our stay. Every morning I saw maintenance trying to fix the pool so on that note, the workers and staff were doing the best they can, they "

"This is a very quiet, under-the-radar resort located in a peaceful part of Bali. It’s definitely not the place if you’re looking for noise or a lively atmosphere, but if you want genuine relaxation and tranquility, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Chris and his team who made an extra effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort has a huge swimming pool which was a highlight for us. There is a restaurant on-site, though dining options within the hotel are limited. That said, there are a few good local restaurants nearby so you still have some nice choices. One downside is that parts of the property feel a little dated but considering the age of the hotel, it’s not too bad. It would also be nice to see more activities especially for kids to make it more family-friendly."
