"We spent 2 nights in the EGO residences Casanova room. Location is as central as it gets. Vaporetto stops 50m away. Very convenient. The room was very nicely renovated, clean and provided everything we needed. The couch pullout bed was a queen size and both beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large with great water pressure in the shower. Nice large bath sheets, robes and slippers were provided along with complimentary bottled waters. "The front desk staff was always welcome and helpful. Our room was always clean and cool and easy access from the main areas in Venice. The Bacarando downstairs is excellent,m; offering such good appies (chicchetti) and drinks at a great price.
A perfect oasis, and I was always thankful for the lift to get to our 3rd floor room after a long day! "
"This hotel is an old palace and has been renovated into a hotel . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only problem for us was that the bed was too hard . This could be improved with a mattress topper . We had room 19 on the 1st floor with a canal view.
The check-in process was really easy and we dropped our bags off early. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed in the lovely garden.
