"The room was very clean and nicely prepared before we arrived. I had asked for the pullout couch as a bed, and it was already made. The only thing we’re not all of the outlets in the room worked., and the TV did not have many channels to enjoy. A lot of of them said no signal or reconnected to a radio station. The receptionist were very nice and so where the room tenants. We really enjoy the breakfast that might’ve been the best part other than its convenient location near Park Royal for easy access to London as a visitor."

"I had a neat little room. You could hear traffic sometimes but you will be fine with earplugs if its a problem. The pillows were good support, The hotel was very organised with quiet respectful space between people staying there. It's in a great area. Pub next door.. Not too loud people or music really couldn't hear it. I would definitely go back the front desk were very polite."

"Lovely spacious room that was quiet even though it was facing the main road, good room facilities, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board was convenient, very friendly staff, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bathroom was a little worn and I found the tap being so close to the back of the sink edge particularly annoying when washing hands or trying to fill the kettle it was difficult. "

"First impression the lobby looked good, the staff were very helpful, there was a massive variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly, it’s a little further out of London than we normally stay, so we had to bus & tube into the centre. Our only fault I would say was with the room and housekeeping, the shower was lush and so powerful, but the quarter glass door that went along the bath did not hold any water in the bath area, so the whole room got wet, we had a coffee in the room on the Saturday evening & a cup that was bought up from breakfast, our coffee station was not cleaned, cleared or topped up, the coffee cup from the morning was still in the room, there were bits on the floor and the sink wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked like all they did was made the bed, I don’t think we would stay there again, but only for the fact that you had to bus & then tube into London."

"The hotel is ideally situated if you are visiting Westfield shopping centre, a quick five minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay."

"Tiny but clean room with a tiny bathroom on the top floor. This whole street has small, strangely named hotels in converted terraced buildings that were once private homes. It gives a strange vibe"
