I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel several times due to its proximity to McDill Air Force Base. However, with each visit, I have noticed a decline in the facilities. This last time was the worst, as the smell of humidity in the hallways and in the room was unbearable, so much so that I decided to leave a night earlier than planned. It’s clear that urgent improvements are needed in the maintenance of the facilities. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It was a rainy weekend, so not much could be done on the exterior of the property. Housekeeping did keep the hallways clean, as well as the rooms. They respected the "Do no disturb" door tags. I will use them again.

The worse LaQuinta Inn by Wyndham I have ever stayed at. Walked into the room smelled like pure MOLD! I examined the room & seen mold all over the walls & ceiling. Went to switch rooms, that room also had mold on the ceiling but smelled way better than the first room. I will not recommend or return to that hotel again. Very bad first experience.

My stay was comfortable, my room was clean and I had what I needed in the room. The building needed to TLC, internally there was peeling pain, torn or heavily used furniture in the lobby. The pool needed to be cleaned, but it was understandable due to the weather. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will consider staying there again.

The floors in the room had a slippery or greasy feel to them. I don’t know what they use to clean them with, but it’s not correct. Also, the corridors have a bad smell. Elevator is nasty inside.

had the worst “free” breakfast I ever had. the scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless and the sausages were similar to car tires. Waffle mixture was full of solid chunk's. charged extra $20 to ck in 1 hr early and rooms were all done by then.

I usually won’t leave a negative review but I felt this was warranted. Sadly it’s run down. The hallways smell like mildew. Our room has brown spots down the bathroom wall by the light switch. The base boards we so dusty. The shower had mold the ceiling had water damage and mold. The base of the bed that touched the floor was very dirty. The lamps shades were cracked and had brown spots on them and the metal part was rusty. Staff was very nice. Given the condition of our room we did not try the breakfast.
