We stayed for 9 nights and they were supposed to change the sheets every four days, on the 8th night.. the bed was made but the sheets were not changed as I had spilled some coffee previously on them and the stain was still there even when we were told they were changed.

Our refrigerator was not keeping perishables cold enough. After speaking with the front desk a short while later the refrigerator was replaced with a new one. So impressed with the responsiveness. The breakfast offerings were good as well. Rooms were quiet. Bed was comfortable. Loved the contemporary look. Highly recommend. We were there for one week.

Walking distance to shops. Very clean. Close enough to Clearwater to drive for the day. Only con is the way the team members treat the guests when they serve breakfast. They watch the guests like hawks. It’s really weird.

I have stayed here a few times, and plan to stay here more in the future. The room I was in this time was not as good as normal. It smelled kinda musty / mildewed, and the air conditioner could not keep up during the day so it got warm in the room. Otherwise things were great as usual. Staff is awesome.
