Had a great dinner at the Hotel restaurant... Highly recommend the Cuban Bowl. Only quibble with my stay was assuming the breakfast buffet was complimentary. Surprised when I was handed a bill for $20 at the end of my meal.

Gabriella at the desk was so very helpful. The food in the restaurant was flavorful and nice presentation. All the staff were friendly. The room was clean, the sheets fresh. Pool area very clean also

We didn't get to our hotel until 9:30 in the evening. The staff was very helpful in making sure that we were checked in and had something to eat before the restaurant closed at 10:00. They also helped with finding transportation to the port for our cruise the next morning. Defiantly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and spacious. We used the laundry room and one of the two washing machines was out of order and one of the dryers was out of order as well. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with directions. The a/c worked great and the water pressure was great as well. Very comfortable bed.
