We enjoyed the location and staff very much. We spent two consecutive weekend stays before and after our cruise. During the first weekend we did experience a tepid shower but they made up for the following weekend with a wonderful view of the riverwalk and a higher floor away from the street noise. The staff were attentive and the quality we received overall for the price was very good. The location and view were amazing! The hotel was very clean in most areas. Overall, our stay was really good. Some downsides include: the rooms not having microwaves and the communal ones were very dirty; the one day we got room service, it seemed like the bare minimum was done, however, when we first arrived everything was great; I wish there were a car port or larger area for check in because it got really congested and was confusing coming in; lastly, it got a bit noisy in the evening with guests coming in and out of rooms as well as partying at the bar.
