"Awful experience. 4 nights 4 different rooms. Had staff basically hold me hostage for 2 half days so I could prepare to move because beds work awful than moved me to room with no AC than to room that was 32 degrees cold and couldn’t turn off the Ac. Food not good. Awful awful awful. I should be provided a refund given how pathetic their service and property is. "

We were upgraded to one of the bungalows close to the pool and the room was absolutely beautiful, only small negative was that the mattress was very hard. But that seems to be the norm on koh samui. "This is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. "This was an amazing relaxing place to stay for a few nights! The rooms were gorgeous and the beach very pretty and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing with many fruit options. It is a little far from the main road and other restaurants but only 20 minute walk to other restaurants and they offer free bikes to use. "
