This is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. We will be back again soon, thank you xx

Disappointing

Disappointing. This “resort” is dated and in need of some serious attention. The pool is very small for a resort and it was disgusting. The color of the water was murky, there was so much sand in it we didn’t even want to go in. Out “superior” bungalow was decent , the bed was pretty comfortable, but we were in the back of the resort area and heard all of the loud construction truck and other traffic noise early in the morning and on the evening. It was nice to walk out and be on the beach, This side of the island, the water is nice and calm, we went next door and had great food at the chill out hotel. We did not have good food at this resort, but there are many nice cafes and restaurants not too far down the beach and in town. I think they need to hire more staff to keep the pool clean and tidy up the place. It’s a 2 star resort at best.

The resort is situated next to a quiet and lovely beach, far from noise and traffic of the east coast of Koh Samui but close to supermarket and other services. The restaurant of the hotel is really good.

Hezký resort s nádhernou pláží, čisté pokoje, pěkný bazén. Příjemná obsluha v recepci i velice příjemné uklizečky pokojů. Velmi dobré jídlo a výběr čerstvých džusů, smoothie atd. Velké negativum je obsluha v restauraci - většina personálu nepříjemná, pomalá, otrávená, navíc s velice špatnou angličtinou což způsobovalo že většinu objednávek zkazili.

Perfekt til afslapning, ikke shopping

Perfekt sted for afslapning. Ikke party område og ikke en masse shops, som i Chaweng. Men ønsker du at slappe af og nyde naturen, er dette sted rigtig fint. Vi havde en deluxe hytte nær stranden. Wifi virker rigtig godt. Køleskab køler rigtig godt.

Dieses Hotel war das schlechteste was ich in 20 Jahren in Thailand erlebt habe alles auf der Webseite stimmt nicht das Hotel ist schäbig, dreckig, alt und abgewohnt das Restsurant Big John gibt es schon lange nicht mehr das sogenannte Frühstückbuffett war ein Witz. Im Zimmer war Schimmel Löcher in der Decke wo bei Regen Wasser durchlief die Tür konnte man nicht richtig sichern aber die Beschwerden wurden nicht ernst genommen

Nice place, bad restaurant staff

Overall, this place was lovely. Although I didn’t realize this was a wellness retreat prior to booking , I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the breakfast was complementary and delicious, and the rooms were well equipped with a safe deposit box, a mini fridge, toiletries, and air-conditioning. I also really appreciated the complementary use of a KAYAK during my stay . My only complaint about this place is the staff in the restaurant. The service was extremely slow, even when I was the only customer, and they were not particularly friendly or accommodating. The first meal I had there was a salad, that was supposed to come with certain ingredients on it (ie. pistachios and avocado) and when the salad arrived it did not contain the ingredients listed on the menu. When I said something to my waitress , She looked confused and just said that they no longer carry those items. I also found a spider in the same salad towards the end of my meal, and there were no apologies or discounts given. I thought that was a poor response. Otherwise the juices and smoothies that I had were delicious, but the food was very overrated and the service was not the best. With that being said the rest of the staff at the resort was extremely friendly and accommodating, including the taxi driver Moo and his wife the receptionist. I also had an extremely enjoyable massage in the spa. The location of the resort Is not very conveniently located so you will need a car or scooter to get around.

L'endroit est calme et magnifique ! Le personnel adorable, le petit dejeuné top. La grande maison à 2 chambres et 1 salon étaient parfaites pour une famille de 4 ! La prestation de massage dans une cabane devant la plage vaut le détour ! Un petit bémol sur les cocktails et le restaurant qui pourraient s'améliorer.

Un super séjour dans un coin sauvage et très calme de Koh Samui. Bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner. Petit bémol sur les menuiseries qui laissent passer les moustiques (entre la porte et aussi une des fenêtres).

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Die Anlage ist ideal um einen ruhigen Urlaub am Strand zu verbringen. Die Unterkünfte sind geräumig, jedoch scheinen sie leider etwas vernachlässigt zu sein. In unserer Unterkunft kam bei Regen das Wasser von der Decke und lief auch durch das geschlossene Fenster. Im Bad blätterte die Farbe von der Decke und unter einigen Fenstern waren Spuren von eintretendem Wasser zu sehen. Nachdem das Badewasser schon vor dem Baden dreckig aus der Leitung kam, mieden wir das Baden in unserer Behausung. Der Pool machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, hier hätten wir alle viel Spaß. Das Personal war in der ganzen Anlage freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Massagen und die Auswahl an frischen Eierspeisen beim Frühstück. Leider dauerte es beim Frühstück manchmal etwas bis Nachschub kam, aber womöglich lag das auch an unserem späten Eintreffen. Wunderschönes und vor allem leckeres Restaurant Mango Garden um die Ecke, sonst sehr abgeschieden.

Prima resort maar kan wel groot onderhoud gebruikn

We hebben hier een week in een familiebungelow gezeten met twee slaapkamers. Het ligt direct aan het strand maar je moet wel een auto hurennom in de bewoonde wereld te komen. Het personeel doet zijn best, maar het complex kan groot onderhoud gebruiken. De zee heeft alles behoorlijk aangetast en het is redelijk gedateerd. Er heerst ook een ietwat alternatieve sfeer door de spirituele activiteiten zoals yoga en workshops die door Orion worden verzorgd.

Séjour très agreable

Court séjour (1 nuit) mais Hyper agréable! Un taxi privé est venu nous chercher à Lipa Noi Pier (200 bahts). Le lieu est somptueux car le restaurant et le jardin donnent sur la mer. Nous avons profité d'un bungalow en upgrade car en voyage de noces avec de magnifiques fleurs coupées sur notre lit en arrivant. Le PDJ est compris (et très bon). Le restaurant est aussi très sympa et les prix ne sont pas excessifs pour la qualité du lieu.

Good hotel on nice beach location

Very nice hotel located directly on the beach. Two pools, direct access to beach, very good breakfast buffet and helpful staff - what more do you need. Unfortunately, our itinerary meant only a single night stay and we were honestly sad to leave without having more chance to enjoy.

Het resort is verlaten. Achterstallig onderhoud.

Schone kamers, goed ontbijt, maar weinig gasten en achterstallig onderhoud aan het terrein. Het lijkt een beetje op een spookterrein. Zwembaden zijn schoon maar erg klein. Ontbijt is wel prima!

Lipa lovely is lovely indeed

A lovely hotel on a long beach with island views. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very good Thai food is served at the restaurant as well as 2 local restaurants within walking distance. I visited this part of Samui because I was taking the ferry to the mainland, however, I am willing to consider staying in the area during my next longer visit. By the way, they packed me a breakfast to take away the next morning. Very nice

The best of both worlds: Lovely Lipa & Orion

Lipa Lovely is a great resort if you are looking for a place to relax. The area of the hotel is shared with Orion Retreat centre, which means there is a lovely vegan/raw restaurant next to the Lipa Lovely restaurant. This means that it was possible to combine super healthy meals with our relaxed week at the beach. Even better: I could order my #health meals at the orion restaurant, while my partner orderd the pizza from the Lipa menu. The perfect combination for all couples!
