Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Front desk provided great advise for tours, Snow is awesome. Rooms are great, large size with all amenities. A bit dated decor but has a vintage charm about it Great location with beach access and breakfast buffet options were great. Enjoyed our stay very much. Enjoyed feeding the fishes in the pond running all along the resort walkways.

Stayed for a week in a pool villa. Very good location, staff were nice people and we really enjoyed it. Is in a quiter part of the island and that suits us perfectly. Would stay there again.

What made this trip excellent was the amzing staff. The bar/restaurant staff were good, but Snow on reception excelled. She was really helpful and a delight to deal with. She would definitely be a reason for me to return. 5 stars 🌟

The customer service was excellent. After I checked I to my room. The bathtub was still dirty. I asked the staff to clean it up and they cleaned in a timely manner. The seal of my toilet broke and I asked the service desk to fix that also. Took about 3 hours and they fixed it while I was out. The hotel also provided shuttle services to popular tourist spots on the island.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Beautiful beach, and our unit, and many others, have their own private pools to lounge in. Some beachfront restaurants nearby as well, but Mango Tree restaurant was the best, in our opinion. Transportation is readily available, for a price, since it is quite far away from the action, which we thought was great.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the ac worked well and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a good selection but was basic in its offering in terms of western choices (toast, cereal, yoghurt, 2 types of fruit), enough to start your day and the coffee from the coffee machine was decent. A comfortable and easy stay for the price point. The hotel is also easy to communicate with and no issues with arranging transport or settling the bill at checkout.

The location for a quiet beach getaway was perfect. Lots of breakfast options with made to order eggs and omelettes. The chef was exceptional in dealing with my many allergies and made the best green curry I’d ever have. Great beach location. Lots. Of great day trip options for exploring.

4 nights here definitely not long enough… The staff were all brilliant from the gardeners to the receptionist just a wonderful relaxed feeling this place has. The breakfast is 10/10 private pool villa the best. Definitely need a scooter to get around the island on and they have them at the resort ready to go. I will definitely stay again and recommend to stay here. Thank you everyone at Kanok Buri Resort

Lovely resort set in private walled villas with plunge pools. The big plus was the quiet deliberately steered away from tourist active east and north coasts. Included extensive breakfast overlooking the beach another bonus. Quiet gently shelving sandy beach - west coast = sunsets. Swimming pool small and hardly used, which isn't a surprise given personal plunge pools.

We enjoyed a great stay at this resort, and during low season it felt as though we had the place to ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast, complete with an omelette station, was excellent. The pool, however, was rather dirty and had a noticeable green tint, with plenty of debris floating on the surface. It didn’t look especially inviting, but we gave it a try. Some sharp tiles on the pool floor caused a few near misses, so the pool is definitely in need of maintenance. We soon swapped the pool for the sea and found the private beach area wonderfully relaxing.

When we arrived at 6pm we were made to wait around for 15 minutes before taken to a room. The room we booked was supposed to be luxury but when we got there it was very dated. It had a private pool that needed cleaning so we didn’t use it! Bedroom and bathroom are clean, if you can get this room discounted sure, it’s ok, but don’t pay full price for this, I’d say it’s worth $50 a night max

An amazing hotel. Just got back from a 10 day stay at Kanok Buri and i highly reccomend this hotel. The staff are so lovely, funny and helpful. The private beach is so convenient and the pool is gorgeous. Food is lovely too. Its on Lipa Noi, west side of Koh Samui which is quieter than the East but this is what i wanted. Beautiful grounds with exotic trees, koi fish in ponds and its so easy to book a 'grab' taxi to go to places around the island so transport is not an issue, loads of gorgeous of places to eat near the hotel ( we liked trying new places each day) breakfast at the hotel is amazing, pineapple pancakes were my favourite, the fruit is out of this world too. Chef and front of house staff are amazing here, thank you Kanok Buri for an anazing holiday!!! Hope to see you again. Xx

Great stay!

The resort was lovely. The views were scenic, the staff was friendly and very attentive, and the food was great. We had a bedroom with a huge bathroom, as well as a private pool. The rooms and outdoor areas were very clean. The vibe of the hotel was relaxed and perfect for a beach vacation. There were several places to eat within walking distance, as well as store right next door. We really enjoyed our stay.
