"Loved it, perfect view and location by the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The building and interior felt a bit old and some renovations is needed but that's all secondary, as I enjoyed the beach and day trips more. You definitely need a car, great with free parking. "

"This was my second time staying here. The first time I stayed on the 4th floor and had no problems; it was comfortable. This time I stayed on the 1st floor, and there were insects and small cockroaches in the room, a foul odor in the bathroom, and the water smelled strange. The spare lock on the door was also broken. I will not be staying here a third time."

The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the onsen felt private, clean and relaxing and we loved lying by the pool with hotel-provided towels. Best of all, the restaurant staff went out of their way to help me eat gluten-free safely. As someone with celiac disease, this is a rare and very appreciated service.
