Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff lady was so kind and helped carry our heavy bags into the door and loaded them onto a cart for us to help transport to our room. Our room was very clean and great location if you want to take ferry’s to other islands (which I recommend). Parking is near the hotel for a fee and the pillows were a little firm. Overall would go back.

The hotel was super conveniently located in central ishigaki, the room was decent and the coin laundry was a great amenity. The room had lots of options for hanging items to dry (which was super appreciated given all the snorkelling to be done). They have complimentary drinks including awamori in reception in the afternoons which was a nice touch. There is also an onsite onsen (but did not get to use) only minor criticism was they had very limited hours for the pool, typically after a day roaming around the town in the heat a dip in the pool would have been nice ~ 4.30pm but was already closed for the day. Excellent car rental across the road as well. Would stay here again.

Have been in Ishigaki for 6 times, Miyahira Hotel did surprise me on the location, amenities and room condition. I stayed at the new building with balcony, which works perfectly well for divers - to dry our gear. Location is quiet and just stone throw to bus terminals for airport transfer. Breakfast is the top in town, from variety and quality perspectives. You can enjoy Blue Seal ice-cream there. They also offer free coffee everyday until 5pm with paper cups to facilitate take away. Next time, I will stay in Miyahira.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable with springs poking into our bodies. This was in ' The West Wing' which should be called ' The OLD Wing'. Although this part of the facility is very old, it has been kept very clean. The cleaning staff was top-notch! The location is great, and the pool was nice. However, the pool hours were so limited (9-17:00) so hard to use. Beds need an upgrade, & pool hours need to be extended.

石垣島での定宿です。 でも、今回はモヤモヤ事が生じてしまいました。 事前リクエストしていたのに、寝具のサイズが違ってました。 部屋のお風呂はしばらく使われていいなかったのいか、 折りたたまれたシャワーカーテンを開こうとしたら、 へばり付いてました 更にバスタブの排水の流れが滞り難儀しました。 フロアーカーペットへの掃除機掛けが不十分なのか、 素足でスリッパを履いて過ごしていたら、ホコリが足にまとり付いたのか、足がかゆくなっていました。 これらの事は初めてでした。 ハウスキーピングの人手不足なのかな！？

離島ターミナルや空港バスターミナルが近い。 また、ユーグレナモールへも徒歩数分で行けるので何かと便利です

立地が素晴らしく、お部屋もフロントも大浴場も清潔でとても良かった。 大浴場にタトゥーが入った外国人観光客の方がいたので少々気になったが、その人個人の問題であってホテル側はタトゥーが入った方の大浴場の使用の禁止も掲示してるのでホテル側の落ち度は無い。また石垣島に旅行する際には使いたいと思うくらい気に入ったホテルだった。築年数からの壁紙等々の剥がれはあるものの清潔なホテル。 プールも目が行き届く広さで安心して子どもを遊ばせる事ができる感じだった。部屋から着替えて向かえるので楽だった。

とても魅力的なホテル

離島ターミナルやバスターミナルに近く、車無しでも石垣島を楽しめます。直営のレストランや居酒屋が何軒かあり、朝食だけでなく美味しく食事が出来ます。ウエルカムドリンク(泡盛やソフトドリンク)もあり、充実した滞在です。客室は、建物により西館(古い)、東館(中くらいに古い)、美崎館(新しい)とありますが、どれも私は快適だと思います。たぢ、古い2館はバス・トイレに段差が、美崎館は少し狭いなど、欠点もありますが、便利な立地や雰囲気などとても魅力的な施設です。
