The hotel is good for what it is. The amenities are especially great as you have complimentary access to snacks, drinks, etc. Front desk was very helpful and kind. Only downside to my experience was the loud noises that you can hear through the walls in the room. The walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can pretty much hear everything down to the water noises coming from the shower next door. If you are a light sleeper and/or prioritize privacy and quiet, do NOT stay in this hotel. Otherwise, it was good.

I love it that they change the sheets and towels everyday. There is also free laundry Machine and snacks for everyone to help themselves to. The service staff was also very polite and they took effort to remember everyone.

The hotel is clean, but since the room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy both during the day and at night. The location is great — less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, with lots of food options along the way. I also liked the complimentary coffee and snacks, plus the microwave in the common area. Overall, it’s a solid choice for staying in Taipei.

It’s a bit unfair to review this place since we were in hand palace hotel before this. The room is very small’ you barely have walk around space. The worst is, it’s right beside the dining resting area, and the wall is very thin, you hear everything. It’s too much for me. So we check out the next day. The staff is very nice, she is very understanding. She agreed to refund right away. It’s a very budget place, if you don’t mind the noise, then it’s located in a very convenient place with night market nearby.
