The hotel is very clean, new and very conveniently located next to train station. Staffs are so friendly, courteous and very helpful. Our room is very clean and comfortable. We had a great and positive experience at this hotel. However, the restaurant downstairs, has very mediocre food.

Not my first stay at this hotel when I visit Taipei. I like the location and proximity to the subway, making it easy to go anywhere. Nearby to convenience stores and some late night dining spots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good service.

Good service from the reception, all information was clear, we had a chance also to use longe were you can find books, coffee machine, tea water for free also you can work with your pc, good service for Japanese bath style, there is special room wit laundry machine and dryer. I will mentioning the restaurant were you can have your breakfast at buffet, and delicious dinner Italian fusion and delicious pizza, it’s name is Japoli a mixed from Japan and Napoli (Italy)

Location was very convenient to get around the city. The Onsen was really nice and the rooms were nice. Would have been nice to have some drawers in the room since we had a longer stay. But we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient; train and bus stations are steps away, and plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the hot spring facilities. Would recommend!

The staff and service was excellent and the room was very functional. The Japanese style breakfast was delicious and the Japanese baths made you feel like you were back in Japan. It just would have been nice to know in advance that there was extensive construction around the building and in the lounge.
