Location was very convenient to get around the city. The Onsen was really nice and the rooms were nice. Would have been nice to have some drawers in the room since we had a longer stay. But we still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient; train and bus stations are steps away, and plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the hot spring facilities. Would recommend!

The staff and service was excellent and the room was very functional. The Japanese style breakfast was delicious and the Japanese baths made you feel like you were back in Japan. It just would have been nice to know in advance that there was extensive construction around the building and in the lounge.

Room was clean and they provided each person with loungewear and slippers. Comfy beds and nice selection of complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are helpful and kind. We needed to get 4 suitcases into the taxi and it was pouring rain. One of the staff members held an umbrella over our heads as she helped load our luggage. Onsen on the 17th floor is relaxing!

We had an incredibly comfortable stay. The hotel is really well maintained and impeccable cleanliness. The onsen was wonderful. The staff was helpful on holding our luggage, as well as accommodating. 10/10 will stay here again and look into other hotels in this chain

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We did not use the extra amenities, but the spa sounded delightful. Room were cleaned daily. The king bed is GIANT! I think it could have fit four people on one bed. haha. The location wasn't immediately within bustling activity, which may be a plus or minus based on what you are looking for. But about a 15-20 minute walk in any direction will get you to a bustling area. In the heat, we only were able to walk one way, shopped... then took either the subway or an Uber back, whichever was easiest. (Uber rides are pretty inexpensive.)

The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback is the setting of the bathroom. If one is using the bath, his/her roommate may not be conveniently able to use the toilet or the washing basin. I prefer to using a conventional bathroom with concrete walls.
