The cleanliness of the hotel has room for improvement, and the price was too high. However, the design of the toilet was the most satisfactory aspect for me. The location is also great as it is in the center of the city and very close to the stations.

A fantastic place with great location

Pleasant stay for family or group of travellers. Spacious room with a surprisingly spacious toilet area too. Also a great location, easy reach to Ximending & Taipei Main Station. Friendly staff too..:)

Great place to stay close to the night markets and amazing restaurants in downtown Taipei. Room was very clean and accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Would highly recommend a stay here on your next visit to Taipei.

Wonderful staff, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were alright - decent amount of space for a queen/twin room, but noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling. Didn’t mind it too much since we were out and about for most of our time in Taipei (price was also reasonable). Great location, walkable area - near a big park, museums, attractions, etc.

Great location accessible to everything. We had Comfort double so good size with a window. Beds and pillows really comfortable and all very very clean. Rooms well equipped with complimentary snacks . All staff were great. Only downside was the a/c was freezing and did not respond to changing temperature but can live with that. Would we stay again, most definitely yes.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Soundproofing

The 8-night hotel stay was pleasant and quite comfortable, although the soundproofing could be better. Overall, considering the price, it was satisfactory. Additionally, they offer a variety of snacks and cup noodles in the lobby area. 👍

No clean rooms

They offer gifts for 5-star ratings, which makes the entire rating system unreliable. Only the third room I changed to met acceptable cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Dirty, expensive, bed bugs. Avoid this hotel!

We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after 1. Stains, hairs, dust, insects, used tissues. That was all in the room when we got in. The staff was very dismissive and shrugged it off, saying we should wear slippers in the room because the floor is dirty! The airco cannot be controlled, so it is also very cold in the room. We were covered in bed bug bites the next day. The staff offered another room, but it was as dirty as the previous, and the staff said they cannot guarantee that that room does not have bed bugs! They give gifts to people who give them a 5-star rating, so that explains the high rating. The only positive we can think of is that the bed was big.
