"Lots of reports on various platforms re staff and their attitude. I found that 95% were delightful but just on my last night I sat down to dinner and 2 waitresses ignored me, then weren’t that friendly and then after requesting the dessert menu was completely forgotten. I gave up. But overall staff were lovely. Some calling me by name. I did request an upgrade on my room if available as my first room was a bit ordinary and was given a stunning room which looked fairly new…I am glad I asked....

"While not a high end property, I would go back. There were issues with the TV and we couldn't adjust the temperature but we loved the small group, family vibe. The food was ok, but good value considering. The staff was great. Loved the location."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for short stays. Pool was great and had a great spa treatment. It can be quite noisy outside because it’s on the main road , best to wear earplugs. Overall highly recommend "

"Good spot on quiet road. Beach & snorkeling across the road. Rooms good size. The pool is nice and food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is basic. But easy walk to a few cafes etc. It is good value for money place to stay."

"Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the fact I could get away from bright lights at night and the blackout blinds. The wifi was perfect for...

"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."
