Check in and check out was smooth. Room was neat and clean. We encountered an issue and the moved us quickly to another room. Coffee at the coffee shop near reception was great. Buffet Lovo dinner was nice. A lot of improvement since our last trip. Beach is beautiful. Snorkeling and swimming is best at high tide. We snorkelled and saw some beautiful fish, sea cucumbers, starfish etc. Overall a nice stay at a great location for us.

Room was spotless the resort very beautiful, lots of activities to do and the staff was amazing. Downsides : food portions are very small and quality is average for the price, cocktails have nearly no alcohol in it, resort is very far from the port so lots of activities require at least 2h travelling between resort and port (specially to go to islands).

The staff here are amazing! Very friendly and always happy. A great resort. Just a few minutes walk on the beach there are other restaurants to choose from too. Would definitely recommend this place for a chilled holiday.

The staffs were amazing and approachable. My concern was upon arriving, one of our room has that smell and also even after purchasing their half meal plan, some charges keep appearing in our account. Really lovely resort, well maintained, excellent service and lots to do. Food choices were pretty good but as with most resorts a bit pricey. Our room was bigger than I expected do that was nice, well appointed too.
