"The staff at Santa Maria Foris were very friendly and welcoming, especially the ‘front of house’ lady. The room was of a very good size, quiet and cool (when outside it was 30+C). Nice shady and quiet gardens. Good WiFi, free coffee, and a garage for secure off-street parking. The hotel is very well located for all of the main historical sites, good restaurants and the main market. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Ravenna. Thank you!"

"Exceptionally spacious room for families is a few floors up, but worth the effort of climbing stairs. The two large rooms share a bathroom, but also include a dining table with chairs and plenty of seating and lounging spaces to feel right at home. Location is superb for mosaic exploration and the staff was kind to let us in a bit earlier than anticipated. Airport and cruise port transfers were timely and reasonably priced. "We loved our stay here! The 3 bed bedroom was perfect for my husband and daughter and I - much more spacious than most of the places we've stayed. I appreciated there was an extra restroom with a toilet on the main floor, we loved how clean it was, and the breakfast was truly wonderful out in the courtyard with a beautiful, fresh spread of pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, and more! It was such a great location, close to the train station and the sites - we walked...

"Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants."
