"Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."

"Exceptionally spacious room for families is a few floors up, but worth the effort of climbing stairs. The two large rooms share a bathroom, but also include a dining table with chairs and plenty of seating and lounging spaces to feel right at home. Location is superb for mosaic exploration and the staff was kind to let us in a bit earlier than anticipated. Airport and cruise port transfers were timely and reasonably priced. The staff were amazing, they accommodated us with bikes in the morning, We met up with the rest of our family and they went above and beyond to welcome us all in the lobby. The area is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the square where you find restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend."

"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future."

"The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away.
