Beautiful historic hotel. We loved all the old charm. It was very hot and the air conditioning was not the best and our tv was broken. The room was clean and the staff were kind and accommodating. The area of the hotel was in an amazing spot close to everything and in a quiet clean area. We had a good breakfast in the beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was very accommodating before our cruise and helping us get a taxi. When we didn’t wake up in time next morning and missed our taxi they were very helpful and calling us another taxi, which was no problem.

Small room, even smaller bathroom. Very quiet room. Air conditioning is minimal. Can’t open windows because there are no screens on the windows. Had difficulty finding hotel limited signage, we arrived at night and spent lots of time walking in circles pulling our suitcases. Spent one night to catch a cruise the next day. I found the hotel interesting, used to be a residence of a nobleman that is why the is a private church as part of the hotel.

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved the character of the property. Our room was very large and had a beautiful frescoed ceiling that made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was phenomenal with so many options, and the location was perfect for exploring Ravenna on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was such a perfect hotel! Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautifully maintained property with such unique charm and ambience. The hotel staff was exceptional, easy check in and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning works great!! Breakfast had many selections for all to enjoy! We were so glad we decided to stay one night in Ravenna after disembarking our cruise - while everyone else headed off to Venice. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and walking distance to the UNESCO World Heritage monuments which were awesome to see in this ancient city of mosaics. The hotel was very nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Just one note: if you are driving into town, be sire to confirm parking situation with front desk. We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. The permitted parking for registered guests is actually just a short walk away. Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk from the train station and a fun ride up in a funicular, which ends right at the property.
