"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."

"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower.
