"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "I was greeted by Margaret who was so welcoming and helpful. I traveled from the US and it is my first time to Krakow. I stayed one night but wish I had continued my stay here as it is a convenient location to the square and all to see in Krakow. Margaret also held my bag on the last day while I visited area attractions. Highly recommend as the room was clean and spacious enough. Also quiet. There is a rooftop area but it was closed due to weather. You need your room key to operate the elevator which is added safety."
