Nice place

Room safe was broken but we were given a room change. Quiet. Rooms not ‘soundproofed’ as claimed. Easy and cheap access to old town via nearby tram. Cool market with great fruit and vegetable stalls, coffee, and misc things just 50+ meters from hotel. Skip the nearby Aldi, save money, put your cash into the locals pockets and go to the cool market.

I loved my stay at Metropolo it is a great spot and the market nearby is fantastic! there are lots of trails in the area as well as a mall. The only issue I had was I couldn’t figure out how to make the shower head spray further from the taps

Perfect location, perfect hotel.

The only thing to complain about is a king size is still 2 mattresses that are placed on top of a king size frame, and then you end up falling inbetween. Otherwise everything was perfect. Fantastic location and shopping center 10 minutes walk.

Close to city and transport hotel

Hotel with chainess owner and marks if that everywhere in hotel. Beds are so comfy, room spotless clean however u CAN'T have a good sleep over night as is so many guests for party and socialising and is extremely messy to 12- 2 am as regular party was twice above own heads.

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, good service, the check in process was over in 10 seconds got our key cards and went on our way. The room was impeccably clean and tidy if boring, someone might say. But there was everything we needed, clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean towels, comfy bed, thick curtains, good shower with good pressure, complimentary tea&coffee in the room and a minifridge. All in a quiet surrounding very close to a tram and bus terminal. The hotel is not in the center of the city, but a short 20 minutes #8 tram will get you there. There are some shops 5 minutes from the hotel (pharmacy, Zabka, an Aldi and another smaller grocery store and a few other stores, and a 10 minute walk theres a small mall with fast food, stores, and a huge Carrefour. The only bad thing I have to say about the surroundings of the hotel is the 5 minute walk from the tram station to the hotel feels very sketchy, but it's not. But it's so dark, and you have to pass by a small park where people walk their dogs, it was fine, but everytime at night walking back to the hotel feels unsafe. But I'm sure it's a very nice area. There's a restaurant and a bar in the lobby, but I didn't get a chance to try them, very beautiful places though. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Great staff very friendly and very helpful.. room was lovely and clean. Plently of tea and coffee in room and replenished every day along with towels. Reception, bar and restaurant brilliant and the breakfast had plently of choice.
