Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The sauna and spa area is a bit small, but it's well-equipped and does the job perfectly. The location is also fantastic — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from. Overall, a great experience.

We had an AMAZING time in Krakow and I loved every moment of our stay at PURO. We loved the location (quiet but not too far from anything), the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly and the room and amenities were excellent. I cannot wait to stay again 😊

This is a great hotel located in the Jewish quarters. Rooms are great, beds are perfect, breakfast is great and the area for hanging around is nice. When I get back to Krakow this is the hotel I will chose.

The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world.
