Lovely, relaxing, quaint. Free laundry use which was helpful for us staying the week in humid conditions. Sorry really to Chatswood Mall, just of Pacific Highway to access the rest of Sydney. Staff very helpful, including cleaning staff.

Really loved my stay here – cosy, quiet, and full of charm since it’s in a heritage building. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was included (such a nice surprise!), and the location was great – only about a 10-minute walk to the train station but still peaceful. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful victorian styled hotel. After hours check in instructions are clear so checking in was easy. Clean room, plenty of amenities, also has good collection of tea bags, coffee pods and coffee making machine. Breakfast was included. Good check out time which allows me to stroll around the area without carrying my luggages before checking out. Overall a pleasant experience.

Such a cute and quaint place to stay, my daughter and I just needed an overnight but I wish that we were able to stay a little longer in this cute space. Very clean well decorated the only thing I wasn’t sure of was how to make a tea because I couldn’t find a kettle But otherwise everything was great. We also landed late and I had received a call while I was flying, and because they couldn’t reach me, they sent me a text on how to get in after hours, which was perfect. Super close to the train station and walking distance to a lot of our favourite things that we needed to do down in Sydney.

This place is a walk back in time so quant and quirky very clean tasteful decor nice and clean and peaceful and we had our own balcony which is a big plus for us definitely recommend for the price this place packs a punch worth every cent

The property is clean and has the old world charm. However the following were my inconveniences: 1. The heater in the room didn't work. 2. The blanket provided was not suitable for the cold weather hence I was uncomfortable throughout the night. 3. The kettle for heating water was dirty 4. The shower mixer didn't work well - water was either too hot or cold 5. The curtin was missing for one of the windows hence the light from the road was always in the room
