Most amazing service! Friendly reception staff and available 24/7. Clean and serviced rooms daily, so nice to go back too! Bedding was nice and the pillow menu a bonus. Tea bags were delicious, had to take the remainder home with me! Beautiful big towels and good bathroom. They looked after our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go the airport and that was a life saver!!! Amazing service to offer!

Amazing place to stay. Right next to central station with many walkable restaurants. Wish I would've got his name, but the guy with the slicked back hair at the front desk was a highlight. Recommended restaurants and helped me find a low cost ATM in the area. It was like my own personal conicerge service. (All of the front desk members were helpful and nice).

Pretty much liked everything about this property. Staff are absolutely amazing. Himanshu at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and gave us good advice. Everything was so clean and well looked after. Our two bedroom upgrade was superb and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Proximity to restaurants and Chinatown was excellent. Balconies are large with superb views over the city. Definitely where we would try to stay next time we visit Sydney.
