Staff were exceptionally kind & understanding and offered easy solutions to booking amendments, Mr Saga at the front desk is clearly from the old school of hotels and was professional, charming and accommodating. Beds are super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and has excellent air conditioning. Excellent location with public transport only a few steps away.

Poorly sloped floor in bathroom, so puddles form, a bad fall hazard. Stained shower curtain. No soap at basin. No printed guide to the hotel in the room—menus, hotel facilities, etc Great to have so many usb sockets. M much better to provide wifi with security. Large room size was great.

The carpark is absolutely a nightmare if you have anything bigger than a kia picanto. There are poles everywhere- enter at your own risk. The pool photos look like there is a spa. There is not, it's a toddler pool. On the plus side the staff were really welcoming, the room was very comfortable and the location was ideal for what we needed.
