"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"

"Very nice hotel. Check-in was friendly and fast, everything work in my room as it should, terrific channel options on the TV, reliable WiFi. The room service (photographed here) was also quick and delicious. I would love to stay here again."

"Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."
