Very big and clean room. The front desk is so nice to upgrade us to a 1-BR executive room. The service staff are all very friendly. It is also very convenient to get grab/gojek ride hailing service as it will alight you at the hotel’s own drop off area instead of along the roadside. They also have a 24hr restaurant at same building but I think it belongs to another accommodation. Highly recommended!

Good value, good location, comfortable

In terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, worth value, all was great. Except for one thing that they might need to improve. So we did the very late check-in (around 11 pm). So we expected to check in asap. But the receptionist was only 1 person and he did a very very long talking on the phone. We waited more than 15min, and it's not because he ended the phone, it's us who asked him to pause it.

Stayed one night at Oakwood for the 1st time. New and clean hotel. Near to the Galaxy Mall shopping. Only disappointment was the Spa was not available but it was advertise on the website. Enjoyed the peace and quiet having a drink at the poolside.
