As I said in another review for this hotel, I have been here for about 6-7 weeks in total. I had such a great experience here such that I felt that I own them a detailed review. Each review on Orbitz is limited to 1500 characters, so I continue my review here. In another review, I mentioned that their service is very good. What I mean is that everyone in the hotel does their job nicely. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are greeted by the doorman. The front desk staff are very helpful, so does the restaurant waitresses and housekeeping staff. It's just the right amount, you won't feel over or under served for everything. Another thing I would highlight is that the hotel is very family friendly. I saw a lot of guests are families with kids. The kids enjoy their playground at the restaurant, a children's room next to the gym, and the swimming pool. I would also mention that you can enjoy the beautiful skyline of Surabaya both from the hotel room and at the swimming pool on the roof. Highly recommended.

I spent a total of at least 6 weeks in this hotel in 2022, all in the same type of splendid studio, with an awesome kitchen. It is and will be my top choice in Surabaya. In short, this is a very decent hotel. Its quality of service is definitely one of the best I have ever lived in. I would call its service as a classical textbook of hotel service, which is what I prefer. Their facilities are not brand new, admittedly, but well maintained. The only thing I would complain a bit is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy. But that's it, not a big deal in a spacious studio. The overall facilities and surrounding are indeed very nice, secure, and convenient. I enjoyed the gym and the pool at the top of the building. The swimming pool is about 25 meters long, with clean water, which is sufficient for a daily workout if you are a swimmer. There are restaurants and cafés next door where you can enjoy the day. There is also a big Lotte mall for food and supplies if you would like to cook your own meal. A decent barber shop next to the Lotte mall, to which I went twice. The hotel also runs its own restaurant. I had my breakfasts there. It offers lots of choices, from western style (bread and desert) to traditional Indonesian cuisine. The room I lived in is spacious, quiet, with nice city view from the window, just like the pictures. There are kitchen-wares and dishes in place. Last but not least, the hotel has a very professional team of staff, who offer superb service.

Better than expected, staff is polite and eager to satisfy, the rooms are spacious and loaded with amenities! They even provide complimentary mini bar snacks and drinks! And if this isn't enough, there is a shopping mall, packed with restaurants and a supermarket, adjacent! Excellent option, when visiting Surabaya!

Living room did not have windows though rooms were large and clean. It is not about hotel but shopping mall had some cafes but open only at 10am. Hence I expected to have breakfast at these cafes but could not do that. Mall does not have proper restaurant, so I needed to go to hotel cafe or take taxi to go out for dinner, which was inconvenient.

The room is spacious and clean. Service is good. Gym is well maintained but the pool was dirty at the time we visit. Aircon need sometime to bring the temperature down due to big room. Shower is a bit scatter but pressure is ok.. The mall downstair is very convenient. Overall good impression.. Recommended.
