Crown prince hotel June 25

I was delighted with the room, not your standard design. Snacks were free and there was a water cooler in the hallway, which is very handy and less wastage. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable friendly hotel

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and it catered all my needs and I want thank every one in the hotel for for their professional service, and one of the best thing I like most is the availability of fresh water in the hallway 24/7 usually when I travel I’m buying bottles of water, breakfast buffet was nice, pool was simply enjoyable, housekeeping was always clean and neat, the reception staff were always cheerful and friendly, the concierge very helpful. I recommended this hotel to my friends and I’ll stay there again because it’s good amenities and hotels professional staff and best of all everything needed from outdoors was within walking distance

VERY POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.. NO SOAP, NO TOILET TISSUE, WE HAVE TO BUY OUR OWN, TOWELS ARE GREY COLORED WITH HOLES. WHEN WE NOTIFIED THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED US. WE HAD VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FOR 5 DAYS!

La connexion Internet n'a jamais vraiment bien fonctionné malgré mes réclamations. Bizarrement, alors que dans ce pays, une majorité de personnes maîtrise l'anglais, dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu toutes les peines du monde pour rencontrer du personnel qui le comprenait et le parlait. Le restaurant est à proscrire. Nourriture sans intérêt et le plus souvent de très mauvaise qualité. Le buffet est un ramassis de plats qui ont souvent plusieurs jours. Je me demande encore comment je ne suis pas tombé malade. Manifestement, il manque également des étagères ou des tiroirs dans les chambres pour qui veut sortir son linge de la valise pour un séjour prolongé.

Friendly and polite staff

Staff has good attitude. Maintenance staff arrived fast after we called about the air con. However towels in room are insufficient. Only 2 bath towels and floor mats. No towel for hair. Bed is huge and comfy.

Very small boutique hotel

I'm not quite sure if it can be categorized as 4 stars hotel. I'm kind of leaning towards 3 "stars". The room is very small even we booked "alexandrite" room. No extra chairs in the room so if you expect any guess (visiting you while you're in town) - you should see them in the lobby. Overall, it was not too bad.
