"Best valet service I’ve experienced, highly trained and exceptionally friendly. Front desk staff and all other staff also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very well priced. Definitely will return whenever we come back to Chicago!"

"The rooms are beautiful! Had really nice staff. The biggest complaint would be that there were not microwaves in the room. (There is one on the ground floor) , and the AC keeps the room at about 73, which was too warm for my family's taste. The halls are a bit dingy, but the location is stellar, the price is reasonable, and everyone was super friendly!"
