As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

A wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok We had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to Niek, the General Manager, who went out of his way to greet us and check how we were enjoying our stay. That personal attention made a real difference and reflected the care we experienced from the team. Breakfast offered a wide...

This Japanese style hotel was truly exceptional. Stylish and everything of the utmost quality. The tepanyaki restaurant was a delight with super attentive staff.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities, staff and overall experience. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay in Bangkok. Room was extremely comfortable with great views out over the river. Great selection of dining options and food was of a very high standard. Breakfast selection was superb with staff serving there very attentive. Beautiful hotel… Fantastic architecture… Really lovely helpful people as usual…

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs. Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

From the moment we arrived the stay was perfect. Food great, room great and service great. It is worth staying in the Lounge Access rooms as the personalised service, food and drinks make the stay a little more special.

Its right at the center with malls and sky train nana station in close proximity. Had a wonderful experience and would recommend for a stay next time ur in bangkok.
