I stayed for one night at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and had a very pleasant experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Everything during my stay was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. What stood out most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made me feel valued as a guest. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Bangkok.

Staff was very very friendly and helpful at all times, definitely a huge plus. Although humidity level in rooms were really high, which causes slight smell in some rooms. Breakfast had many options. Pool had a nice view, first time I swam in the middle of skyscrapers, was a nice experience. Overall, hotel was nice, but the most important aspect was, it was in an extremely central location, you have access to everything, from local shops to malls, anything you need is near you.

The hotel was nice and clean with nice facilities like the pool area and sky bar in the 26;th floor. Very nice staff in the hotel. The beds were actually excellent. The location pretty deep into the soi 20 made it a bit tricky to reach by walking. The best transportation is by taxi or mini bus.

Natt was excellent all helping us plan our tours. We had a wonderful time with the bartender in the lobby, (she worked night from 01 to 4th April). The breakfast was really good and tasteful. Overall the stay was a fabulous experience
