"Overall this is a top notch property and we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is top notch.
Slight noise from the city train which is right outside some of the windows, nothing terrible. Staying in the historic areas was much louder as it is much busier in those areas. All in all a great stay. "

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point!

"They have very clean and modern rooms, everything in hotel is very well taken care of. The rooms are also spacious compared to other hotels in Florence and very comfy beds. The restaurant is also great! 5 stars on everything! Will be back next year."
