"1) The room on 45th floor was really nice and clean. The views were pretty good as well, although i got turned around up there & did not know what direction we faced:(
2)We wished the hotel itself had more options for food like sandwiches and soups-like actual coffee shop. Especially when we had to wait for over an hour to check in after a long trip from airport. The concierge was terrific very helpful! Overall, it was excellent stay!"

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
