Dirty sink, dirty bathtub, rooms reak even before the pot smokers all around the motel lit up. Had no towels had to fight for towels. Key cards constantly deactivated.Bugs crawling around room...Staff was friendly however. Will not stay again.

I was really impressed by Mercedes and Marcy! They were very helpful. Mercedes was amazing! She helped from before my arrival, until check out. She went out of her way to provide us with a room. I would stay here again! Thank you ladies!

the room number 110 was bad the bathroom had small cockroach and smell. the place would be better if they improved the area for guest to sit and have breakfast. the air conditioner makes a lot of noise. the customer services was good.the staff were good.

Found 5-6 live roaches in the first room. Desk clerk was very nice, gave us another room. Found more roaches in that room. Got a refund and left. Desk clerk said the roaches are from the hurricane. Overall rooms were decent, not nasty except for the bugs. Outside the property was clean, pool was very clean and close, but we did not use it due to leaving.

Overall, can’t complain about the price, but it’s a very weird bathroom shower combination. The toilet is combined in the shower and the water runs all over the place other than that I think it’s good for the price.

The housekeeping staff is amazing. The front office idian women is rude. They have a security guy walking around the property making sure you smoke in designated areas but have roaches that have a party once the sun goes down. Get yall priorities straight. But it was a okay stay.

Won't go back.

The room was decent as far as the environment is very sketchy made me nervous a lot of loitering going around. And drugs and the smell in coming in are room. Trash around homeless people and hookers hanging around. No complimentary breakfast. Nasty sitting area around the pool. I will not be going back to this hotel. The only attended I like was Leah she was very nice and etc. Highly recommend her. Guest can't even use the lobby bathroom.

I had stayed at this property for years. They used to be far more accomidating. In the past, if I was early the staff would offer to hold my luggage for me until my room was ready so I could go and enjoy my day. This time I arrived early I thought the same would hold true...however I was very wrong. They refused to hold my luggage which left me sitting in the lobby for better than half the day. This damered things. The same hotel used to offer a breakfast and they still advertise it. However, they really offer just a cup of coffee and a snack bar...if you are lucky..that's it. Sometimes its coffee only. So this is misadvertising. The property still has bugs in the room...I saw a few in the bathroom. This was not a problem in the past. It seems things have been let go here...I am sure there are better options around..just check the reviews..

The room was old; there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom. Housekeeping does the best they can with what they had to work with. But it needs a major update. Also, Florida bugs managed to find their way in. 3 O'clock was check in. We got there a little after one. Certainly, did not want to accommodate us then offered to let us in for a $50 charge. We declined. Came back at 3 to a line. And they were doing a shift change. Once the replacement came in the first girl was out the door. After she left, the staff was very nice.
