We were so happy to stay here for two days. We took advantage of the Spa and the wonderful Healing waters. All I can say is that everyone goes out of their way for you to make sure you’re comfortable the service was fantastic. Our room clean the location absolutely perfect we would definitely come back and stay here again.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Spa was great. However I had trouble with thermostat in my room and couldn’t control temperature. It didn’t want to work or let me control temperature all I could do was lower fan. So my room was freezing. The toilet ran (very loudly)

The water pressure is very low in every room . We thought it was our room but they told us it was every room . The pools inside the spa areas were dirty . The floors in our room were dirty too. The beds were comfortable.

I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.
