Holiday Inn St. John's Conference Centre by IHG

Holiday Inn St. John's Conference Centre by IHG

8/10 Good
"We had a late check-in and notified the hotel and got a very friendly, personal response assuring us that the late check-in won't cause any issues. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room actually had more than the bare minimum towels!! We were given a wheelchair friendly room so there was lots of space, lots of easy-to-use plug-ins and USB charging ports. My only hiccup was the shower. Someone left a used bar of soap in the shower and the grout could use a deep clean. Also, the shower head didn't tilt down - it would only shoot the water straight out so the bathroom was a mess after (sorry housekeeping). Not the worst choice for a last-minute booking."
