Rooms were clean and staff were great. Some of the towels we got had hair in them but we called in for new towels and got new ones straight away. The fridge/freezer and microwave came in quite handy since we were staying for a week. The dishwasher was a huge plus because none of us wanted to do dishes.

Room was clean and appliances were brand new. Microwave stopped working and they brought a second right up. Our family had a great week long stay! The lending locker was a great bonus. We borrowed games but there was also appliances if we needed. Everything was brand new.

I was not happy with the accessibility. They had a photo of the lift in the pool and because my daughter is in a wheelchair I booked it. The lift was broken and had been since, at least, 2022. Also the accessible doors coming in from the back entrance where accessible parking was were not working. They also only cleaned the room once a week, because it’s longterm stay. They did promise they would come change a bed if needed because my daughter is incontinent but then gave me a hard time about it when I called the front desk. So the room was cleaned Friday When they did clean the room I found it weird that they took the garbage out but then just left a new bag hanging over all garbage cans instead of actually putting it in. Not a huge deal but why not put it in. Most of the staff was very nice and it was clean. The amenities in the kitchen were great but there was only 2 of everything instead of 4.
