"Stayed for a week. Room was spacious and hotel with close to main roads and St.John. If you get the free breakfast know that there are only three options; full breakfast, breakfast sandwich and fruit bowl (fruit, yoghurt, granola) but every time we asked for the fruit bowl they said they had no fruit. We complained to the front desk and they said they should have fruit. We then asked the next day and they were out of yoghurt. It was always something and we were there right when they opened....

"Everything we needed including generous surface parking in a great location. A historic property so a little noisier than newer hotels. The free drink offer doesn’t exist anymore but was issued a card for $20 off $50 spend at Jack Astors across the street."

"We only stayed one night in the Trinity suite. It was accessible from the outside also as well as the inside. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. It has kind of an odd layout, but doable for one night but not for longer I feel. The breakfast at a communal table. The next morning was very nice, meeting like-minded travelers. I would recommend the Trinity suite for one night maybe two at most. However, everything was wonderful, just not a long-term lodging."

"This is a well kept property with nice sized rooms, and an excellent restaurant and bar with awesome staff. Only negative is that, with the pool and slides etc. the locals come and hold birthday parties for their kids, who run wild up and won the halls. A quick word to the front desk and it went quiet! I think it is a great amenity for the locals folks as long as they keep their children in line. All in all though, excellent property."

"Great downtown location. Check-in was easy. Staff were great. Allowed us to drop bads and come back later to check-in. Great value. As there is a restaurant on site, it can be loud when in your room."

"The hall ways and stair wells smell of smoke. The carpets are old and dingy. Need an upgrade maybe that will get rid of the smell of smoke. Not got insulation between rooms you can hear the other guests if in the room next to you."

"Good food at the restaurant. Feel like we got an older not updated room in an older section. Disappointed, since we had booked well in advance. No elevator to second floor. Senior women traveling on their own. It was difficult to get baggage up the stairs. No assistance offered."
