L’hôte est accueillante, elle nous conseille dès notre arrivée et demeure disponible. La chambre a un cachet « ancien » ce qui lui confère un style qui convient au l’endroit. "We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants right on the doorstep if you want to explore. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's ideal if you want easy access to Dubrovnik's Old Town without having to stay in the middle of the crowds. You can enjoy the beautiful coastline and a much more relaxed atmosphere, while still being only a short journey from all the main attractions. There's also a supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away, which is really convenient. The only minor criticism is the rooftop pool. While it's a lovely space with great views, it's quite small for a hotel of this standard and can feel a little limited during busier times. That said, it's a very minor point in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We couldn't really fault the hotel, and if we return to Dubrovnik, we'd happily stay here again or somewhere very close by. Highly recommended."

"Easy and smooth check in process. The room was quiet, clean, nice size and nice size bathroom. The owner was very helpful and greeted us upon check in. The view from the shared balcony is stunning! Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The staff were very nice and helpful and the accommodations were lovely. Our spa treatment was the best I have had and the breakfasts were great. We had a view of the old town and they treated us very specially. I would definitely return."

"I arrived at 7pm the room was not clean she asked me to come back after 45minutes when I just arrived from another country tired and needing rest. The villa is just a room in the house where this woman and man live so its 30 min walk to old town and not as close as they claim. Nothing is close by!!!!!!"
