Great location, and walkable to anywhere in the old town. There are several paths to the apartment building, and for whom with heavy luggages, you may need to figure out the flatest one with minimal amount stairs when getting there.

Great location if you want to stay in Old Town of Dubrovnik. Host was very accommodating with us arriving early and storing our luggage. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and as described. No cars are allowed in Old Town so will have to traverse a few steps with luggage, but much less than most other properties. Great value.

Great property, right in a fun street with lots of restaurants. Communication with host was excellent and they were very accommodating of being able to stash luggage before the room was ready. Convenient walking from the Polce Gate on the east with not too many stairs. Definitely recommend!

Great location in the heart of old town. Friendly and accommodating host. Comfortable room with a tiny bathroom. It has basic amenities but nice to have a small fridge in the room. Not sure what makes it “luxury”, but it’s affordable and definitely works for a short stay.

The location of the property is AMAZING. Right near everything in Old Town Dubrovnik. The room had everything we needed and the staff we very helpful with some of our requests. The stairs inside are steep but manageable. Just a fair warning to others that the AC unit in our room struggled which made it difficult after spending all day in the hot weather to cool down.

Anamaria was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to communicate and helped with setting up airport transfers for me and then another one the next day for my sister. The room is in a great location in the old city and nearby restaurants, bus stops, easy access to all the sites. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Dubrovnik! A++++

Location is great. Room was very clean. My only complaint is that housekeeping showed up 2 of 3 mornings at 6:30 am! Throwing keys, noice in general, doing laundry, etc. Rooms are not exactly sound proof…

Prepare yourself to walk down 125 steps to get down to there. Once you walk in, terrible musty and dirty carpet in the hallway, then you have to walk up 3 flights or stairs. The room was very basic.. no hooks to hang towels in the shower, nowhere to keep your amenities in the shower, so everything stayed on the floor. Water was lukewarm for about 30 seconds before going cold… air conditioning did not work properly and we couldn’t open the shutters to have sun light in the room or the temperature would hover over 30 degrees so it felt like we were sleeping in a closet. The location is great within the city walls, but that’s it.
