"I have stayed here twice now. The staff really make the place they are kind and understanding. Although the hotel is in a small village the rooms have everything you need and there are plenty of restaurants in town including the hotels restaurant to have a yummy meal."

"What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise. The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options. The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area. Can’t recommend this fantastic find enough "

"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields. We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the...
