"Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired."

"Beautiful position lovely sea view but the room was awful bathroom was like a Porta cabin we stayed in a twin room . The bathroom definitely needs a risk assessment done it was so small you knees touched the door when sitting on toilet also it was so small I nearly fell a few times definitely not for a person with any physical disabilities also floor very slippery Curtains were awful half hanging off hooks letting light into room really early Behind radiator was so dirty. Please be aware of...

Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. "Albergo molto poco curato, moquette sporca e maleodorante. Inizialmente mi avevano dato una camera all’ultimo piano con carta da parati staccata che scendeva sopra il letto. E muffa sul soffitto nella camera e anche in varie parti dell’edificio. Ho chiesto un cambio e mi hanno dato una camera con bow window con vista. Buona la colazione. E hotel centrale, ma non sulla spiaggia come sembrerebbe nella brochure."

"Location location location. It is right in St Ives on the beach. Work out facilities were dated. Loud music playing with no consideration for guests working out. The restaurant is not a destination. Many other better options in the area. A watch out. If traveling with lots of luggage get ready for a strenuous pilgrimage from the train to the hotel up a winding path with stairs."
