"Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests.
Some improvements
1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads
2. Need a bit bigger rooms if possible.
