"very clean and comfortable rooms. staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous."

"พนักงานทุกคนยิ้มแย้ม ทักทาย และให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้มาเยือนอย่างดี อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ขนาดห้องพักเหมาะสม ไม่รู้สึกอึดอัด อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำครบถ้วน น้ำดื่มฟรีมีให้ทุกวันๆละ 4 ขวด "

"breakfast included the food was great"

"Very disappoint with hotel car rental with hotel as too expensive and got nothing even the attraction which should visit in Chennai. It was a pity as not often visit there. They are very bad recommend and not sincere to advise. By the way just need only money. It’s seem and Make us feel that they are tricky us!"

"Great experience"

"While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it."

"The location was very convenient. Excellent hotel but I paid the price for amenities like the pool and the gym. we couldn't use the pool as it was under long term repairs and the gym felt a little congested. But for someone who is not looking for extra facilities I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room and helpful staff"
