Mosquitoes in room just ruin the experience. Staff was quick to address any issues and with the service. My room was Superior Panoramic Room, but with room on lower floor and trees around does not provide panorama view so room was provided incorrectly with broken tap

Very convenient for shopping in T Nagar. Breakfast is good if included in your package. Little on the expensive side if breakfast not included. No Pool. Sangeetha restaurant is nearby offering great food. For me, Sangeetha was the main draw.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the overall cleanliness was above average. The room was fine. I received the standard and comfort I paid for. While I’m not comparing it to luxury hotels in Chennai, everything was well managed and satisfactory. I believe the hotel manager deserves appreciation.

Nice rooms (as described), excellent high tech toilet, and room facilities, great staff, helpful and responsive. Comfortable stay. The only thing was that the bathrooms are not specially elderly friendly - it would be nice to have a few support handles in the toilet and bathroom for older people.

Even though its a old property, the rooms and public area doesn't reveal it. You will feel the hotel is newly renovated. Ask for a room on high floor. Pretty decent sized rooms good enough for a family. Excellent food and service. l will definitely stay at the residency during my next visit to Chennai.

I loved the hospitality. The staff at reception, dining and housekeeping were all so kind and humble. Something can be done about the breakfast buffet though. Only the dessert seemed to change every day. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again!

I was hoping to get a quite room with a view. The room was quite but the view was terrible. Also the room felt very claustrophobic with a tiny bathroom that had not been upgraded. The Indian breakfast options were good, and they also offered western options which I did not try. The staff were very friendly and efficient and attended to guests very promptly. They had better rooms, which they did not offer to me.

The room didn’t match the price I.e., it wasn’t quite good. And also, there was a construction work going on right next to me. I wasn’t even notified of it when I was checking in neither they changed to a different level. The stay during the day was unpleasant. But the staff was responsive and friendly.
