The Hotel is new and modern but on a small size. The room was very compact. It is good for a cuple but for a family it would be tight. Since it is compact the noise level from the hallway was high. We enjoyed diner and breakfast. This is a good hotel for the price.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grand Continent Hotel, T Nagar. The location is perfect—just a short walk from some of Tnagar’s most popular shopping spots, making it ideal for both relaxation and retail therapy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus for me. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet spread—it was delicious, varied, and well-prepared, with something to suit every taste. A great way to start each day! Special thanks to the exceptional staff—Archana, Ashiq, Suman, Vijay, and Bala—who were always warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend Grand Continent Hotel and will definitely return on my next visit to Chennai!

the front office is not customer friendly, not able to fulfill the simple request by giving a additional key card.

They gave a free upgrade without telling me. Room is smelling with paint and full of mosquitoes. Moved to another downgraded room which also smells some foul smell but better than the club room. However this downgraded room does not get hot water supply and they could not resolve even after 30 mins. Service Unreliable if you are in a rush.
